All rooms have a TV, tea and coffee facilities and a hair dryer.
Three bedrooms downstairs suitable for elderly; one room suitable for disabled guests (twin room, accessible shower and WC has wheelchair access). Easy access by wheelchair into house and bedroom/bathroom.

Rates are for Bed and Breakfast.

Buffet Breakfast :-

Fruit juices, grapefruit segments, prunes, raspberries, peaches, melon, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, homage wheaten bread, cheese, toast, and tea/coffee (herbal teas and hot chocolate available).

Buffet Breakfast is included in the price of the room.

Cooked breakfast :-

Bacon, sausage, cooked tomato, fried egg, mushrooms, potato bread and soda bread = £5

Child’s portion includes egg, potato bread, soda bread and a sausage = £3

Cooked breakfast must be ordered in the evening before 8pm or it won’t be available.

Single rooms = £55 per night
Double = £85 per night - single occupancy = £75
Twin = £85 per night - single occupancy = £75
Triple Rooms = (1 double + 1 single bed) = £105 per night
- Rate for 2 people in a triple room = £95 per night
Family room for 4 = 1 double + 2 single beds = £115 per night
Family room for 5 = 1 double + 1 single + bunk beds = £125 per night
