Suggestions for vegetarian cooking to help you increase your fruit and
vegetable intake at home; this will help detoxify, decrease your chances of
contracting cancer, improve your complexion, help you lose weight, improve your
feel good factor. 5.
yoga; simple yoga exercises
will be taught to help maintain or regain flexibility.
Stiffness and lack of flexibility is one of the main causes of
musculoskeletal injuries 6.
table toners;- toning muscles the easy way by using table toners. 7.

if six people attend price per person is £150. Prices are based on sharing twin rooms. £40 single supplement. Extra night B&B will be at reduced rate of £20. Cost for partner who is not
